Hi, We have a need for someone with a solid background in Networking for Games in the Chicago area. We are writing this message to various gaming newsgroups in hopes that we may find you here, or perhaps someone reading this message will know of people who can do this type of work. Our client company is doing some fantastic engineering with their gaming products, and is urgently seeking someone with the following skills: *Knows and understands games, and how to successfully network them. *Can work with Ethernet Drivers (Low Layer) *Has actually Networked a gaming product directly *Understands DIS (Distributed Interactive Simulation) *C/Assembly for an R5000 (MIPS), similar to a Pentium Pro, but is a custom chip *Can basically know "what to send and what not to send" in a real time gaming situation. This is a very "cool" position, and it will pay very well for the right person. It is our desire to find someone who has Networked a game that is known, but a game that has been Networked at a minimum. If you have been involved in this type of activity, then you will probably fit, and it is worth your time to drop us an E-mail. This firm is an outstanding one to work for, and our guarantee is this: If you go in to speak with these guys, you WILL want to work there should you be able to do this job. It means recognition, and a shot to do something that is cutting edge as well as a lot of fun. Please E-mail or Fax us at: Hunter International E-mail: cle...@starnetinc.com Fax: (815)356-9225 Thanks, Dave...
