I recently ordered computer hardware from an online
vendor that was recommended to me by a (formerly)
credible acquaintance. Several weeks later after not
receiving the promised information for tracking this
order delivery,  I tried to contact this vendor only
to find that the phone is not in order and the website
is down.  Emails have not been responded to.
I called the credit card company and they will not let
me dispute this order because I cannot give them an
estimated time of delivery for the product (which I
cannot obtain).
Does anyone know of any other recourse I can pursue
in this matter?
