Well, the GF2 MX gives without a doubt the best bang for your buck,
but it might be a bit over your price limit. Don't know about you
there in australia, but here in finland you can get a GF2 MX for 1000
FIM, which is about 140 USD...

You also didn't say what card you currently have, nor your system
specs. If you have a low-end CPU(sub-500), you might be better off
upgrading that first, though it costs more money... If you want to go
cheaper, you can get a V3 or TNT2, though the GF-MX would be better as
it'll be a decent card in the future too...
