So apparently Zanshin has been court ordered to stop his work on a 3dfx
optimized version of opengl drivers for Quake. He cant talk about it
either.

Course that doesnt mean the 'net cant speculate.

So who's the bad guys? My first guess, niave as I am, would be some
slimy, rat bastard suits at SGI. They're about the only company off hand I
can think of who have vested interests in OpenGL.

Except that with their recent pushes towards making OpenGL more
accessible/mainstream, this wouldnt make much sense.

Comments? Thoughts?
