That's 5 pirated copies for EVERY = bought copy!!! If they sold 500,000 units then there were 2,500,000 = pirated copies!!! That's a lot of dough, monkey brain!! That means money = that could be reinvested in the company to improve a game, create more = jobs, etc. I guess you don't have a problem with somebody stealing shit = because they are GIANT, is that it? It doesn't seem to hurt them? What = in your depraved mind would be considered 'hurt'!? If they filed for = bankruptsy!? It would be too damn late then!!! Autodesk makes AutoCAD = and they have stated that they could be a billion dollar company rather = than a $450 million company, if it weren't for piracy of their AutoCAD = software. And you work for a software company!!? Cool, maybe enough of = their product(s) will be pirated and you get your ass canned and wonder = why! Duh! I'd love it!! I have been writing games for the software industry all my life and = avery time someone says they have a way of stopping someone from copying software, = me or one of my fellow programmers have been able to copy it within an hour. I myself don't really care if someone wants to pirate something from one = of the giant companies because it doesn't seem to hurt them.
