hey friend, can you explain to me abought runes. ive been joining some servers late at night, and they have runes. when you first join the server, the message says, impulse 100 activation impulse 99 show rune impulse 98 drops rune impulse 97 hook on/off impulse 96 perfect 180 impulse 95 vote to exit could you please explain this to me. also im looking for a couple certin maps, if im on a server that has all maps, can i do a "callvote map Halloween " to find the maps im looking for ? are the runes like power ups ? how do i use them ? they are in all kinda shapes, like S,s and star,s while ago i had a big star rotating around me as i ran around. thanks friend. mark

In the specific server you joined you use the runes you collect by typing impulse 100 (activation) in the console. To make it easier - just bind a few buttons on your KB. For example, bring down the console and type (without the quotes) "/bind r "impulse 100;echo Activated!" - that way when you press the r button your rune is activated and you get an Activated echo msg :) Hope I managed to help ;) - Looking for cheap web hosting and outstanding support?
