Quake server crashing when maps change.

I have added about 20 new maps to the Painkeep 1.11 mod using Quark.
I then went in to each map and told each map what the next map in the
list is. Once I did that I ran the server with the new mod and
started playing with some of the guys. But when the maps change the
server dies giving only this info:

ADDRESS 5581(o)entity 0 148(think).think 5588(?]
   client.qc : NextLevel
   client.qc : CheckRules
   client.qc : PlayerPreThink
<NO FUNCTION>
assignment to world entity
Host_Error : Program error
Host_ShutdownServer: NET_SendToAll failed for 3 clients
Client Bitch Killer removed

***********************************
ERROR: Host_Error: Program error

Press Enter to exit
***********************************

I am new to all of this, so any input will greatly be appreciated.

Thanks,
