if your playing on a internet server an if it is using a mod
you most likely all ready have it or else you wouldn't be able to connect or
play.

however if indeed it is a mod you'll need to find out what it is and what if any
conole comands are used then bind those commands to keys

players disapearing /repearing can be due to a bad internet connection
(lag) or some kind of mod

try speaking to players ingame and ask if the server is running a mod
if they are feeling kind they may tell you what it is.
usually the server MOATD will tell you what it's running when you join the game

So let me summarize; you can't chat. you can't download mods, you can't find
links, you can't jump, you can't fly. Let me guess, are you a white guy?
