lol, sry.
the allseeingeye.
mine is a little diffirent, but it worked the same.
i added the { -width 1024 -heapsize 34000 -zone 2048 }
in the target line.
so now i can join on line, and be in 1024, but the gamma is to dark, i tryed
to change it in the consol, gamma 1.5 or what ever, but nothing changes. its
too dark.

i c would have made it easier to understand/follow if you'd replied in your ase
thread :)

glad you got it sorted

both glquake and glqwcl gamma setting is broken
gamma has to either be fixed by using idgamma (nothing to do with id software)
or your video cards brightness controls

idgamma creates a separate pak file with a brighter colour pallete customised
to your liking by you, which needs to be in quake\id1

make small changes to idgamma testing each time by renaming the idgamma pak file
to next consecutive pak file number . eg if you have pak0.pak pak1.pak rename
to pak2.pak then copy to quake\id1
both glquake and glqwcl will automatically use the idgamma pak file
you only have to do this once

you could try one of the none id qw's some of them may have a working ingame
gamma fix
