Joystick Recommendations?

I have a 3 (or so) year old Gravis BlackHawk Digital. I started
playing a Quake 2 I recently picked up and found that the cross hairs
(POV) are hard to aim. It takes a lot of tries to get it exactly where
I need it to be. By that time, I've taken too many hits (sigh).
I've checked the Gravis Experience control panel but have there is
nothing there allowing one to fine tune the POV. Gravis doesn't make
joysticks anymore - just the game pads.

Anybody recommend a joystick that is reasonably priced AND accurate?
I'm running it under Windows XP.

Thanks,

Sangrateo

I wouldn't recommend to use a Joystick for a 3D shooter like Quake, use a
good mouse.

joystick is not as accurate as a mouse
try using the joystick for movement and mouse for aiming
