In autoexec.cfg put :         exec "jump.cfg"

make jump.cfg
in it put :

alias look_down "cl_pitchspeed 99999;+lookdown;wait;-lookdown;cl_pitchspeed
150;"
alias jumpfire "impulse 7;+jump;+attack;wait;-attack;-jump;"
alias look_up "force_centerview;"
alias rjump "look_down;jumpfire;look_up;impulse 69;"
bind j "rjump"

And that should do it.   It seems force_centerview is a winquake/gl_quake
only command so you need to
use them if you want it to work quickly.  Also the rocket firing is probably
too quick, you can only rocketjump
once on the second time ur dead with no armour.  I think you should be able
to rocketjump 3 times and still have
3 health left.  You need to have the rocket launcher so you can put in
bind p "impulse 9" in the jump.cfg if needed.
Of course change j to whichever letter you can press easily :)
