Will the servers in Quake have an administrator that could tell who could get in the game and who couldnt. This 
would be a relief in newsgroup like alt.games.doom/quake/hexen etc. cause we wouldnt have to listen to the "I'm 
the meanest baster on mars" or "I rule deathmatch".

If someone posted a "treat" like this they would have to meet at, lets say quake.nevada.edu to put their money 
where the mouth was. We would also be able to pronounce "The Quake World Champion". That'd be somthing....
