Unfortunately, right now you will have to download it yourself from the DWANGO
ftp site or visit the DWANGO WWW Page.

DWANGO WWW Page: http://www.dwango.com
DWANGO Mod Page: http://www.dwango.com/modpage/
DWANGO Ftp Site: ftp://ftp.dwango.com/pub/dwango.exe

The new version is there, but, I'm not sure yet if all servers have upgraded
thier software yet. Be sure to 'explode' it into a directory called \DWANGO

Enjoy!
