Anyone know what OS Quake will finally be released for? I say that because I heard Windoze 95 will not require DOS to run. If that is so, I'm wondering if Quake will be able to run without DOS. However, I also heard something about Quake being its own OS. Is that so? Would you need a boot disk everytime you wanted to play, or could you put it in a bott manager or something? Any info is helpful. Cheers. /------------------------------------------------------------------\ | Stuart Wexler | **** SNAPPY ONE-LINER HERE **** | | s...@panix.com | **** INTRIGUING QUOTE HERE **** | |------------------------------------------------------------------| | Seminars, n.: | | From "semi" and "arse", hence, any half-assed discussion | \------------------------------------------------------------------/
