Dear Quake Newgroup,

I was just wondering what kind of power would it take to run
a Quake server for 5 or 10 telephone lines? Would a P90 be enough?
Please mention the RAM requirements and other accesories that might
be required. I am interested in starting my own server, because
the board I play Doom 2 on goes rather slow when it has many BBS users
on, I feel that the speed would increase on a bigger system handling
fewer lines. Will id software be making software for Quake servers?
If so will it be shareware? Also will I be able to play from
the main computer, and possibley build things for the users?
I know this is rather early to be asking a question like this, but
it will take me time to accumulate the caladeral for so many lines,
and a P90 computer.

					Thank you,

P.S. Also, is there anymore information on Strife?
