Anybody know of a N64 Emulator with Direct 3D support (Not glide!) that runs
MK Trilogy?

I tried this one that was meant to be pretty good but nothing happened. It
was called Nemu or something like that.

Nemu runs it fine; you probably need to replace your ROM.  There is a bad ROM 
floating around.
