I am well aware that some of the first arcade machines that came out for NBA
Jam TE had the ability to choose MK characters instead of NBA characters to
play with, that was before the NBA complained and had all those machines
removed from public arcades. Now I was wondering if anyone knows wether the
console versions of NBA JAm TE on either SNes or Sega Genesis\MegaDrive also
have the same ability to choose secret MK characters by entering the cheats?

Hello,

Sorry, but none of the home versions have this added in.  However, MAME does 
support the NBA Jam: TE ROMs and I have successfully done it from there :)

Not sure where to get the ROMs anymore, since mame.dk died...
