Well I know for sure a few things...

Tsang Tsung or however you spell his name is cheap with the fireballs and will
be the character used the most once everyone gets used to the single characters

Scorpions air throw is done by hitting block while jumping into them, or having
them jump into you....(similar to Vega,Chun Li,Guile on SSF2)

Fatalities:

Sub Zero (unconfirmed) F,D,Block,F,D,Block + HP & LP while holding down

Cage: 2d,2f,LP

Reptile:

3 (downback {diagonal}) LP

Jax: D,F,B,HK
       or
Hold LP + 3 forward Release LP next to opponent

Baraka: 3 back HP while holding block
                 or
        Hold Block F,B,F,D,F,HP+LP

Thats all for now...although different variations in joystick movements maybe
viewed differently with others...

oh one more liu kangs..

D,D,F,B,B,HK

Peace

The problem of accidentally changing into someone you didn't expect to
change into, regardless of proficiency of other characters, is the thing
that prevents even the local 'experts' from using Shang Tsung. Shang is
simplicity to beat, however, with Scorpion. Shang pulls the fire shit,
simply warppunch/sweep, or warppunch/harpoon/uppercut if you feel lucky.

Yep. Found that by accident and it really threw me out of my stride since
it was so unexpected.

Still no luck with that one...

Yep.

Much reported failure on that method.

The second one, and we find 3 forward doesn't always cut it....4 is usually
needed.

The first one, also best with 4 back, and make DAMN sure you let go of
block before pressing HP or it fails.

I think that's right....I'm getting tired, and I don't use Liu Kang, so it
doesn't register in my mind, but it looks right.

Well, true, ST has to be careful not to try the fireballing against anyone
who teleports... but Scorpion isn't necessarily more difficult than anyone
else... I've found that sometimes, I can win rounds with ST without throwing
any skulls or morphing into anyone... what I always fun is when someone gets
a round on me by cheaping me, so then I just transform into Baraka and out
cheap him..
