People don't play Kano with any regularity? Says who? Kano and
Raiden are my personal favorites, although I generally prefer
Kano's speed in moves to Raidens maneuverability against the computer.
As for Johnny Cage, yes he has a *few* advantages, but not so I can
tell. The only big advantage I can see that he has is his recovery time
on attacks - he can get off a retaliation much quicker than any of the
others I think(I don't play him much, so I'm not sure, but it seems
that way). Unless there is some special move that he has that I don't
know about that is unstoppable, I don't see why Cage is any stronger
than the others?

Cage is fairly popular for a couple of reasons:

1. his jumpkick is second best to Kano's (IMO) -- it makes for an easy
game against the computer
2. easy defense against humans jumping in - uppercut and shadow kick
3. easy fatality (though pretty lame, IMO)
4. his sunglasses - what attitude! :^)
