	I know it has been asked several times before, but I have
never seen a response.  If there is a code to be Goro what is it.
Does it work on the Genesis?

You've never seen a response because it's not worth responding to.

There is no code for Goro.

There is no code for Shang Tsung.

There is no code for Reptile.

There is no code for Baraka, Maleena, and what-not from MKII.

There is no code for Sonya's "super secret castration move."

There are codes for cheating and for blood.  That's it.

Sorry if I sound angry, but this topic has been exhausted already.

You're just gonna have to wait for MKII for new characters.
