How about "blocking fatalities": some fatalities (ex: Raiden and Kano) can be performed while you are blocking. This results from my frustration that Raiden usually punches the victim's face and Kano either does the uppercut or throw when I wanted to do the fatality. What I did was to hold the block button down and do the fatality moves, and release the block when I have to hit the punch button. It looks pretty funny with Raiden blocking his face as if "don't spill your blood on my face!" This is almost impossible but I've done it twice: Johnny Cage vs. Shang-Tsung. We all know how Shang-Tsung morphes into Raiden when he got cornered. Well, sometimes you can fly-kick him at the corner, if timed right. This gives you time to jump to the corner and start punching away with your fist of fury. I am talking about repeated nut-punch here... Shang-Tsung would start morphing into everybody except Sonya, Cage, and Goro when his back is against the wall, and you can nut-punch him until he explodes. Well there were some nice trixx among those, but still not very much... Aren't there much MK freaks on the net or what? If anyone out there tried some of those I mentioned at the beginning of this thread, let me know how it went, ok? Now some other 'tricks' I know or have seen... - Liu Kang: when he can do his fatality, you can fly-kick your opponent several times (do it instantly after another) and I think you can then also do the fatality if you're fast enough... This is also possible for Raiden as far as I know... - Liu Kang: throw+fatality, now you can get a lot of fatality moves in there (I heard someone managed to get it 11 times) Johnny Cage combo: vs. Kano (ofcourse). If Kano does the ball attack, block it and you can get 1 high punch (walk a bit towards before that), one hop punch, one hop punch/kick & a shadow kick... Something like this can be done by some others too (Raiden/Kano)... Scorpion combo: vs. Kano (yes again). Block ball attack, walk a bit towards, give 2 high punches, teleport punch him, hop kick, hook... Then if you upper- cut he has lost about 3/4 energy. (I mentioned this combo in my first post as well) Sub Zero combo: Well Sub Zero doesn't have much combo's except the flying kick/ uppercut + slide (+ if in corner, sweep), but here's a nice one anyway... when opponent is frozen in the air (not too low), which is ofcourse easiest against Kano or Raiden (just wait for ball attack/body launch & freeze 'em on their way down). Ok like I said when air frozen, take your distance (about 1 jump distance), jump towards NME, then when you nearly hit the ground, kick opponent, hop kick & slide (maybe sweep again)... Can Sub Zero do anything else besides this, coz I don't think he's such a great character... Ok, I'm gonna quit now again, write down your funny FX/bugs or combos and post 'em! pat...@htsa.aha.nl
