Well, it happened while I was sitting at my computer with H.N. running on the TV in the background. The newscaster did a short segment on Mortal Monday. The good parts: 1) Shows Sub-Zero giving Sonya a good roundhouse, then a freeze & uppercut. Sega version... blood everywhere :-) (or was it the arcade? Couldn't tell...) The bad parts: 1) Called them "death moves". They need their facts checked ;-) 2) Didn't show any fatalities during the segment. Awwwww... 3) Sounded horrified when she mentioned that you could pull off somebody's head during the course of the game. What's her problem? :-) How many times has Street Fighter made the news, huh???? PFFFFFT :-P Sorry... had to gloat... Sorry, but I have seen the SEGA version ... and you could tell if it was the
SEGA or the arcade.
BELIEVE ME!!! The detail in backgrounds and animation are NOT as good as
the arcade (the SNES isn't exact either ... not a plug for SNES version, just
stating a fact here)

And from 2015, 22 years later, MKX is absolutely brutal with its fatalities. However in this day and age, no one bats an eye from the media's perspective
