	Sometimes when I play Mortal Kombat as 1st player, a fight begins with
the two characters standing right next to each other.  Sometimes when I play
Mortal Kombat using second player, the fighters begin standing as far away as
possible.  This seems to be a glitch.  I have not figured out how to do this.
Does anybody know how to easily do this?

Umm, I'm pretty sure that only happens on earlier revisions of the
code...
