The "Floating heart" can easily be done....

simply be in the corner when you kill the opponent, then throw him/her
into the corner and immediately do the fatality.. you will appear to reach 
off the screen, but when he raises his hand, hte heart is floating 
over his head (the distance the heart is from it's normal position
depends on how far off the screen you reached...
