When a draw happens, the two players stop for a second (none of them
fall down or do a victory pose), and the screen says "DRAW" (the same
way it says "Scorpion Wins") except that its screwed up and only the
shadow of the words appear (not the flashing font).  So you really can't
see "DRAW", you have to look real close (it just appears in black).  In
any case, this all happens REALLY quickly and after displaying "DRAW"
for about a second or so, it goes to the next round.  And don't forget,
if two players don't take damage at all during a round and then draw,
the game is over...
