Diana got in a car driven by someone she probably knew was drunk, and
did'nt even put her seat belt on.  The driver being drunk, drove at a high
speed into a concrete pole.

It is part Diana's fault for getting in the car and the drivers faught for
driving drunk and reckless.
...And the concrete poles fault for not moving out of the way.
