Dear Newsgroup Readers:

Good day to all.  I would like to bring you up to speed on the progress of
Project Phaelin.

First, for those that are interested in voting for your favorite characters
to be in Project Phaelin, the voting will stop on Sunday, June 13, 1997 at
5:00pm Central Daylight Time.  All votes after that time will not be
counted.

Next, a meeting will be held on Sunday, June 13, 1997 at 5:00pm Central
Daylight Time.  In the meeting, we will go over what the project is
exactly, who is who, figure out who is applying for what exactly, and
CAPCOM's thoughts on the project.  No, a CAPCOM representitive will not be
at the meeting.  I will try to arrange for one to be.  A Q&A session will
also be held.

The meeting will be held on IRC.  The server used will be
irc.autumnfyre.com, port 6667 in channel #projectphaelin.  I recommend mIRC
for Windows users and ircle for Macintosh users.
