I am about to get my X-Box paid off on the lay-a-way program at wal-mart....anyway, I have some MKDA questions which some of you may have the answers too, and I also have a few X-box questions as well. First, the X-Box question: 1) Does the X-box play all DVD movies, or just certain ones? 2) How many bits is the X-box? Like the Nintendo 64 was 64 bits right? Then the Sega Dreamcast was 128 bits, I think. So what about the X-box? Now for the MKDA question: 3) I understand that the X-box offers a soundtrack feature that allows you to build your own soundtracks for games that have the special soundtrack feature. Does anyone know if MKDA will have the soundtrack feature built in for the X-box version of the game? That would be awesome to be able to put your own music into the game. I have some music from Fear Factory, Gravity Kills, Rammstein, KMFDM, and a few other Rock groups that would work perfect for Mortal Kombat background music for MKDA. Or maybe something funny like Mario 64 music in MKDA. (Now that would be funny.....Mortal Mario. HA HA!) Well before I go, here is a few comments I want to make about Mortal Kombat Deadly Alliance. The introduction of different fighting styles to the game was a very smart idea. So far, I have seen Hopkido, Tae Kwon Doe, Snakefist Kung Fu, Shaolin Kung Fu, Crane, Ninjitsu, and a few other styles. Some rumors are going around about the Blindfold Kung Fu, but not really sure if it will be included in the game or not. Also, the idea of a conquest mode is outstanding. Imagine ending the game different everytime you play. (There could be so many different endings depending on which way you decided to go....) The revival of Shang Tsung is beyond recognition. The sorcerer seems to be very deadly now for the fact that he can fight using any fighting style known. (Now that is scary.) This Blind Kenshi (I think I spelled his name right.....) seems to be an interesting character. Some rumors are flying around that he might be the brother of Kai. Is that true? Scorpion seems interesting, as he seems to take more of a ninja warrior role, than a dead spector. ( I wonder if there is anything to that?) Sub-Zero looks dangerous. It seems he has went back into the deep dark roots of his ancient clan, the Lin Kuei. I have seen some pictures of him already, wearing the ancient dragon logo. Jax has went all out in this game. Perhaps since his time in Mortal Kombat Special Forces, he is coming around to the perspective of.......it is better to be ready, that to get ready, or maybe a kill or be killed attitude. Jax has come prepared for any battle he might would encounter in the MKDA world. Quan Chi is frightful to look at. Although he is an ugly sucker, I am sure he would take that as a complement. Obviously, he is upto no good with this so called "Alliance" he has made with Shang Tsung. Remember the history of MKM when Shang Tsung failed to mention a few things to Quan Chi about the temple of elements? (How convenient.)
