I hate the sin because it gets the *person* in trouble
(discrimination at the very least) when they could go and
seek professional help, get rid of it, and go on living
a normal life.

Hate = Homosexuality.  Not homosexuals, homosexuality.

Sure they can.  Would you rather stop all rape or kill all
rapists?  Simple, huh?

I don't think so.  A non-smoker is still the same person they are
when they start smoking.  And then still the same person after that
when they stop.

I think "innocent until proven guilty".  You cannot say
"All people who have practiced bestiality have practiced
rape".  Some people have even been raped by animals,
so there ya go.
