Drugs are to provide medical aid to sufferers of illness. E.g. morphine 
and heroin are very strong painkillers. The "trip" is a side effect. Long 
term use will kill or damage the body. morphine is addictive *very* 
quickly and patients on morphine have to be monitored very closely. 

The side effects of these stronger drugs have been abused by junkies to 
get the high. Hence the term "drug abuse".

(The following comment is not intended to offend merely to present 
evidence.)

It is a genetic "defect". You can see it in dogs and cats aswell. After 
they are spayed or newted, they lose something (well obviously ;) ) and 
become unsure of their sex and will f*** anything but normally in the 
manner of the male. Homosexuality is "similar" but at the genetic level 
and from birth. Something is missing or added which alters the person's 
sexual attraction. Kind of like a cross wire.

I am just staying well away from any talk of Christianity, God, Heaven or 
Hell. IMHO it is all a croci of s#!# and so I see no benefit in 
discussing religion when we are talking about real world events.

The decision to end one's life is nothing like the decision to end 
someone else's life. (Other than euthanasia which is a topic of it's own) 

Suicide put's murderer and victim as one and the same. It is a considered 
decision albeit unjustified and there is no external force. A murderer 
killing some one else has a victim whose choice is removed. The 
difference is choice!

I'd be careful of your wording ;) Anorexia cannot be "cured" with 
marijuana, only helped.
