I could see them being careful about it. There'd be an age restriction to
it, and they would card everyone who tried to purchase some. (Of course
with the legalization of drugs like this, it would be that much easier for
children to get ahold of it and mess up their lives, with or without the
age restriction.

One thing's for sure, this would give a whole new meaning to the term
"drug store" ;-)

That's a good point, I was thinking something along the lines of "If
everything were legalized, crime rate would go down 100%". But that's
true, there would still be crimes involving the use of drugs.

Hehe, never even thought about that. The cartons on the marijuana cases
would have to be a lot bigger.

Me neither. I hope Alex will give us some good reason.

Marijuana is curing anorexia, I heard/read. So that's kind of a good
reason, but I don't think that warrants over the counter sale.

That's a good point. I don't think the EC will work, or if it does it
won't last long. The original thirteen colonies were already kind of
stuck together against a common "enemy" - Great Britain. The colonies
were stuck together away from the rest of the world and were "sisters"
to each other which is why a unification was easy. They united pretty
quickly, too. It's not like Europe which just grew apart too quickly
for something like this to work.

I like these choices better than the alien invasion :P More realistic, and
makes a unity actually seem possible. If Europe can do it, we all can do it,
but Communism and all that needs to end first.
