Same as the arcade:
Kano -- the "fireball" motion (down scroll 90 degrees to forward) and low punch (exact same thing as Rayden's lightning/Sub Zero's ice beam)
Rayden -- Forward, Back, Back, Back, High Punch
Sub Zero -- Forward, Down, Forward, High Punch
NOTE: All three much be on throwing range to do it (push him a little to make
sure you are close enough)

It is the same thing ... but against himself, Sonya, and I think Goro (don't
quote me on Goro), if you do the motions, he will just go down, but his fist
will not be extended.
Anyone else should work right.

If you are the PIT against Cage, Sonya, or Scorpion, you can use the bug in the
game which lets you foot sweep him to death.
OR: If you are Sub Zero against Rayden or Kano, and your timing is good, you
can freeze, uppercut, freeze, uppercut, etc.
Hope that helped out ... leave mail if you need other help.
