Okay first of all....I have both versions and have played them both for many hours, the better one is GENESIS hands down... Yes , it is more like the arcade...in most aspects...however they did change the throw button to the high kick, and sonya's rings to the high punch..and I cannot figure out Jonny cages ball punch...(its different than the arcade)...besides that..it plays great. I dont care about the graphics as much cuz the super nes has the best in that area but its a piece of shit in the playability...also what ive noticed about the super nes version is when you do liu kangs flying dragon kick he never goes over the player when theyre ducked, like in the arcade..and the computer has too many bugs..like you'll be playing and youll get hit and fall but no move was thrown by the computer... But that makes a difference..I felt I was playing more like the arcade version in the genesis..(and its not becuz of the mags either)..if you have to choose.... Choose Genesis.. I got my Super Nintendo the week it came out and have been a loyal supporter of it..and MODE 7 wowed the hell outta me..but now the more I play SNES games...the more dull they get...same for the genesis...can't wait for 3D0 Peace
