ler...@kuhub.cc.ukans.edu asked: > Is is true that you can't hit block and still get to Reptile? ... If you hit block at all, you gotta lose that round. My friend hit block on the bridge level, and I saw something flew by the moon and told him that Reptile was coming out so he gave me the controls. Since it was the first round, I gave it to the computer and hoped that it worked. By winning the two following rounds without blocking and getting double flawless and fatality, I was almost giving up on seeing Reptile, but he showed up anyway! So I guess when he said "Blocking Will Not Help You" it only applies to the rounds that you have to win. > Also, is there any truth to the rumor that you can fight as Reptile? I've heard that too. What I heard was that, if you can perform the feat of beating Reptile without blocking and still get double flawless and fatality, you will possess his powers - in other words, Sub-Zero's freezeball and Scorpion's harpoon. Don't know if you gain his speed too, that would REALLY help. :) So basically if you play Raiden, and got Reptile's power, you will be able to throw an electric blot that zaps and freezes the foe in the same time. Then you can either charge or harpoon him in good time... I've been trying real hard but Reptile is much too fast. I think I need to get good at Sonya or Liu Kang for this one (I usually use Johnny Cage to fight Reptile). I am already beginning to see a pattern in Reptile's strategy...
