hey would it matter that i have the DMA Turned off on my HD and have the
system DMA turned down to 64k


just wonding if that would help? :)

Don't know much about this, but I don't think that Hard Disk DMA is the same
thing as the DMA Channels used by Sound and Video Cards.

You are right - they are totally separate hardware items. They have
nothing to do with each other.
