Ohran, This may sound like a stupid question but are you launching under Windows? If so, how is your mixer set? I know it sounds dumb but I have lost my sound a number of times only because MicroSoft, in their infinite wisdom, likes diddling with my mixer settings at times. Dan

I presume when you run the TT set-up program you are setting the IRQ and DMA values to those shown in the Device Manager. The problem with PCI cards is the IRQ steering, so the interrupt line may change. There is usually a way in the BIOS set up to allocate an IRQ to a specific slot, and it might be worth seeing if you can find a way to force your sound card to use IRQ 5 (say) and no other all the time. I might be barking up completely the wrong tree here, but I hope this helps. Ant

if you have a sound blaster live look in you control panel and system properties In ther you should see Creative Miscellanous Devices. under that you should see Creative SB Live! SB16 Emulation <------ Look at the system resources that its useing and set up trasport tycoon with the same irq and dma. that should help you out.
