I notice another cute bug: fund prospecting for oil wells did not work,
some times - even successfully - no oil well were build. It's because
of the introduction of Oil Rigs?

BTW, why is not possible to rename Oil Rigs? There is a way to rename
them, right? I know there is! Come on, don't tell me to hack a savegame!
