I can't remember my install, haven't even played it much but ... it's the 
'code' on the sticker which should be stuck on the case 'under' the CD ... 
type it exactly 'as is' ..  ie. CAPITAL LETTERS numbers & 'hyphens' (and 
mind you don't mistake a Zero for an letter 'Oh') unless you don't need the 
hyphens ... 6x4/5x4 :-?  hmmmm, oki, just try typing and letting 'it' move 
you to the next 'block' (don't 'TAB' or click your pointer over) and see 
what you can get away with.

Sometimes supplied codes actually wont work and if this is the case, you'll 
need to e-mail (possibly this addy) uk.helpline@atari.com (from Locomotion 
back of user manual) requesting either help or a new code  :-/  Happened to 
me with a bought from Amazon ~ Battlefield - Road To Rome disc :[
