[ON TOPIC OH HELL YES] MONKEY ISLAND 5!

I'm surprised I'm the first to post this, but Monkey Island 5 is coming!

It's being developed by Telltale Games, in episodic format, and the first
episode is coming out on July 7th. No Ron Gilbert, but Michael Land is doing
the music and Dom Armato returns as the voice of Guybrush!

I actually cannot believe this is happening, I'm sure it must be a sign of
the apocalypse or something.

Ron Gilbert says he has worked on the design with Telltale Games:

"The second secret is that TellTale is doing an episodic version of
Monkey Island. I had the great pleasure of spending a few days with
Dave Grossman, Mike Stemmle and the rest of the TellTale crew getting
my head into Guybrush Threepwood again. "

Does that contract say anything about sold souls or a body double in case of
nude scenes?

Duh. Isn't it obvious? They're doing this because for some of us it's
our 10th year in Aglami. And they ran out of cakes.

Hello again Aglami,

(You don't remember me but I remember you)

Its about time something good happened in the games world.

First they brought back Sam n' Max.

Now they bring back Guybrush Threepwood.

And it is the same company doing it as well.

Oh well .. I suppose somebody has to steal all LucasArts best ideas if
they aren't going to use them themselves.

Now if only they'd bring Grim Fandango back from the dead!

><disappears back into the trench again>

So I guess the question is why Bill the Trenchguy leaves an empty line
between every sentence he types.

Perhaps he is hungry and/or drunk.

Perhaps they're new text effects that will take over the internets.

The infection has clearly successfully spread to your computer.

I think you got me confused with Reinder. But then again Reinder is all the
input someone with superior skills for drawing conclusions on little input would
need to get to perv.
