Me again. Ok this is fairly simple.

First take the tip jar from the bar, and fill it with sugar and water (from
the windmill), then go to the clearing, poke holes in the jar lid with the
chisel, and put it on the stump, then when all the fireflies are in take the
jar to the lighthouse and use it as a lamp.
