Hello Nat, >Got the ashes out the coffin in the crypt on Monkey 2. Wonder what they are >for ...... Hmmmmmmm. Suggestions? Yeah, take them to the Voodoo lady in the swamp, and you can get some Ash-2-Life from her. Use the Ash-2-Life to bring Rapscallion in the land of the living (temporarily) by using some over the remaining ashes in Rapp's coffin. Rapp has something very important to give to you, if you do him a big favour first... >Also ..... still can't find the co-ordinates for the Monkey masthead. Have a look for a certain book in the Phatt Library, I think's it's called something along the lines of "Great Shipwrecks of the Century", or something like that (I can't remember the exact title - it's been a long time!). Look in this book to reveal the co-ordinates (which changes each time you play). >And how can I win the drinking contest with that old retired pirate?? You need to use near-grog instead of the strong alcoholic stuff given to you by Rum Rogers Jnr. Unfortunately the barman of the bloody lip in Woodtick has none, but he does tell you that he sold the last near-grog to Kate Capsize. If you ask Kate directly, she refuses to give it to you, so you have to get it by dirtier means. You need to get Kate arrested in the Phatt jail (by putting one of her leaflets over your wanted poster on Phatt island). Kate then gets thrown in jail by the stupid guard, and her near-grog is in her personal belongings (which will be in an envelope inside the jail). Once you have the near-grog, when Rum Rogers leaves your mug on the table filled with his grog and then goes away for a bit, quickly pick up the mug and empty the contents on the potted plant. Then quickly use the near-grog with the now empty mug, and you will win the contest. >P.S. Is there anything else to do in the room with the fat governor?? Like >suggest he go on a diet!!!! Apart from grabbing his book and replacing it with a substitute from Phatt Library? No, unfortunately! /Mat.
