Tracey ..... to get the laundry ticket in Monkey 2, you must get the bucket
from the 3 pirates, (just keep begging them). Then, go and fill the bucket
up with swamp mud ..... you must then take this bucket of mud into the hotel
room where Largo is staying. (To get into the hotel room, you must first use
a knife on the pet crocodile's leash by the front desk - I think you get the
knife by climbing through one of the windows of the ship with the bar ...
this will get you into the bars' kitchen and you should see the knife on the
table before you)!!
Place the bucket that you should have obtained on top of the door. Hide
behind the blind until Largo enters. When he walks through the door, the
bucket will fall on his head, making his shirt dirty. Follow him out the
room and to the ship where the laundry desk is. When Largo goes .... go back
to his hotel room, look behind the door, and there you will see his laundry
ticket. You take this to the laundry desk ..... and I won't give anything
else away because what you collect is funny!!

Hope nobody else has already told you this!!
