Shut up! Sometimes it is better to counter counter-revolutionary 
thoughts by obfuscation rather than downright punishment of the 
perpetrators though. The same goes for the information flow. There is 
a lot of material that can be found, even by ordinary Chinese, that 
can be labelled as counter-revolutionary, but there is at least 100 
times as much information in favor of the government. So now all I 
need to do is find somebody who is going to write a hundred-page essay 
and post it here on Aglami.

That's not corruption, that's just either smart or stupid, depending 
on the outcome of the attempt at bribery.

But it is what many original JISBU's were like. From the AGC FAQ:

  later or begin writing a reply and then decide to finish it off
