<sigh> First get the "dandruff" from the backstage, go to the barbers and
use it on the comb, then ask for a hair cut, raise the seat so you are high
enough to reach the scissors and grab them, go to the bushes next to the
lemonade stall and cut them with the scissors, until you get to the cliff,
walk forward and let the snake eat you, pick up ALL of the stuff in the
snake, use the flower (you got from the bush) with the pancake syrup, and
use that on the snake, you will soon find yourself in quicksand - ah
crap! -, use the paperweight with the helium balloons, take a thorn and a
reed and use them together to make a peashooter, and use the peashooter on
the balloon, and grab the vine.

Now you will find you have a reservation slip in your inventory for the
chicken shop, so go to the chicken shop, you should notice that the guy in
the chicken shop has a gold tooth (treasure for bill) and there is a cabana
beach club card (this will help you get the mug). My fingers are starting to
fall off from all this typing so ill leave the rest to you.

I hope this was enlightening for you.
