Well after weeks of waiting, I finally got the new Logitech mouseware (7.1)
in the mail last night for Windows 95.  I had been running it as a
generic 2-button mouse, as I could never get any of the tricks to
enable all 3 buttons working.

All 3 buttons now work under Windows 95.  When I run Duke3d under DOS,
however, I still can't get the middle button to work.  The cfg file looks
good.  Any other tricks?
