Need some help here.  Please
I downlaoded some great RTS files for Duke but when I play against my 
opponent over the modem he can't hear them. All he hears is the regular 
remote ridicule stuff even though  I can hear the new RTS files.
Do we both have to have the same RTS file setup prior to play ?
Does anyone know what I should do ?

As it says in the support documentation, the RTS files have to be the
same at each end. So send the RTS files to your friend and make sure
both setups are the same.
