I've got the yellow key, killed all aliens... is there an exit?

If you have got the yellow key, then you already passed the yellow
door.  If you're stuck at the big doorway with the bars, there's
another way to get back to the room the elevator brought you to.

If you're already past the yellow door and the obvious rooms beyond
it,

then pay more attention to the forklift.
