HI,

Is there a setting somewhere to change the axis on the mouse.. mine is
backwards, what used to be UP is now DOWN.

any ideas?

Check the advanced controller options in the setup program.  From there,
you can adjust the mouse Y scale to the opposite value.

If you can purchase the plutonium pak, you can just simply switch the
"invert mouse" option.
