I'm using win98 on a P3, with 356M RAM, and a 16M Matrox AGP Video card. Duke 3D keeps crashing every time I try playing it. I tried widening the AGP aperture, enabling the 512-640K memory hole....nothing works. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks. The Dutchman Silly Rabbit, tricks are for HOOKERS!

Does it crash on all maps or just those with echo sounds like in sewers or underwater? There is an echo sound problem with some sound cards. There is also a patch on the 3Drealms web site to fix this. I believe it happens with sound blasters and others. The patch worked for me. Richard.
