I was wondering as I was looking through the DNTILE bmp's in the Duke 3d desktop thingy, they look 1000 times better than they do in the game (they're all pixelized and blocky) Has there ever been a version made with graphics this good?

Have you tried increasing your screen resolution in your setup executable? The default setting *is* quite low and looks shocking... this might be what you're referring to. Hope that helps. Thanks, looks infinitely better! I changed it from 320x200 to 800x600, and it looks great! D.P. yes there are better version of duke out there, you will need an original copy of duke to play them, they are called 'source ports'. do a search on the web im sure you'll find one. in fact ive done it for you, go here : http://dukenews.fragland.net/portal/ and take your pick.
